Recruiters and agencies must register using the Employer category and set up their recruiter profiles accordingly.

4. Use of the Platform

4.1 For Job Seekers

You may:

• Upload and manage your CV

• Communicate with employers

You agree not to:

• Share false qualifications or misleading credentials

• Apply to roles using inappropriate or fraudulent information

• Harass employers, recruiters, or other users

4.2 For Employers, Recruiters & Agencies

You may:

• Post job listings

• Receive and manage applications

• Contact candidates through approved channels

You agree not to:

• Post misleading, fake, or inappropriate job listings

• Demand payments from job seekers for job placements

• Share candidate data without permission

• Engage in discriminatory or unlawful hiring practices

HiJobber may remove any job posting that violates these policies.

5. Job Listings & Applications

• HiJobber is not responsible for verifying employer claims or job listing accuracy.

• Job seekers must evaluate job opportunities independently.

• Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy of job descriptions, requirements, salaries, and company details.

• Applications submitted through HiJobber may be processed on the platform or redirected to an external website, depending on employer settings.

HiJobber is not liable for external application processes or third-party platforms.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

• Certain features—such as premium job posts or recruitment packages—may require payment.

• Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected on the website.

• All payments are final, except where refund policies apply.

• HiJobber reserves the right to modify pricing or subscription benefits with prior notice.

7. Content Ownership & Rights

7.1 User-Generated Content

By uploading or submitting content (CVs, profiles, job descriptions, company info, recruiter details), you:
