You can browse jobs without an account, but you must create one to apply, post jobs, or manage recruitment activities.

Yes. HiJobber is fully responsive and works smoothly on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.

For Job Seekers

Open a job listing and click the “Apply” button. You will either apply directly on HiJobber or be redirected to an external site, depending on the employer’s setup.

Yes. You can upload your CV or create one using the built-in resume builder.

Your dashboard shows all applications and their current status, such as applied, shortlisted, or under review.

Yes. Employers and recruiters may contact you via your dashboard messaging or your registered email.

Complete your profile, update your CV, and include accurate skills and experience details.

For Employers & Hiring Managers

After creating an employer account, go to your dashboard, select “Post a Job,” fill in the job details, and publish.

Yes. Your dashboard allows you to create, edit, duplicate, or close as many job listings as needed.

Yes. You can manage applications from your dashboard, track progress, and communicate with candidates.

Yes. You can purchase featured job placements and recruitment packages for more visibility.

Yes. You can manage multi-location or multi-department job postings from one account.

For Recruiters & Staffing Agencies

Yes. Recruiter profiles allow you to highlight your experience, specialties, and current job openings.

Recruiters and staffing agencies should sign up using the Employer account option. Once registered, you can customize your profile with your name, agency details, specialization, and branding to present yourself professionally to job seekers and employers.

Yes. As an Employer-type account, recruiters and staffing agencies can post and manage jobs for various clients, departments, or locations directly from their dashboard.

Absolutely. Recruiters and agencies can source, shortlist, and manage candidates for different clients within the same dashboard, making it easy to coordinate multiple hiring projects.

Yes. Recruiters and staffing agencies can publish jobs individually or in bulk, depending on their hiring needs and package options.

Yes. Agencies can choose from flexible plans designed for frequent postings, ongoing talent sourcing, and full recruitment cycle management.

Payments & Subscriptions
