This Agreement applies to all users, including job seekers, employers, recruiters, and staffing agencies.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must discontinue using the platform.
2. User Responsibilities
All users must:

Provide accurate and truthful personal or company information

Use the platform only for lawful, employment-related purposes

Maintain confidentiality of login details

Avoid actions that harm the platform or other users

Comply with local labor, employment, and data protection laws
HiJobber reserves the right to verify information provided by users and take action for any misuse.
3. Account Types
HiJobber provides two main account types:
3.1 Candidate (Job Seeker)
Used to:

Apply for jobs

Upload CVs and build profiles

Communicate with employers
-
Receive job recommendations
3.2 Employer (Includes Employers, Recruiters & Staffing Agencies)
Used to:

Post job vacancies

Manage applicants
-
Access candidate data (within allowed boundaries)

Promote job listings
-
Communicate with job seekers
Recruiters and agencies must register under the Employer category.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
4.1 Misrepresentation

Fake identities or impersonation

False job offers
-
Inaccurate qualifications or work history
4.2 Harmful Activity

Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful files
-
Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform
-
Scraping or harvesting data without permission
4.3 Abusive Behavior

Harassing, insulting, or spamming users
-
Posting discriminatory, offensive, or illegal content
4.4 Unlawful Practices

Charging job seekers for interviews or job placements
-
Posting roles that violate labor or employment laws

Sharing user data without consent
Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.
5. Job Posting Rules (For Employers & Agencies)
Employers, recruiters, and staffing agencies must:

Post genuine, verifiable job vacancies
-
Provide clear job descriptions and accurate details
-
Avoid misleading, incomplete, or fictitious listings
-
Respect candidate privacy and confidentiality
-
Not demand payments from candidates
HiJobber may remove any job listing that does not meet these standards.
6. Candidate Profile & CV Rules (For Job Seekers)
Job seekers must ensure that:

All information supplied is truthful
-
Skills, degrees, and experience are accurately represented

Uploaded files are safe and virus-free
-
They do not apply to jobs using fraudulent credentials
HiJobber may deactivate profiles that are misleading or harmful.
7. Communication on the Platform
Users agree to:

Communicate professionally and respectfully
-
Use messaging features only for recruitment-related purposes
-
Avoid spam, promotions, or unsolicited proposals
HiJobber may monitor or restrict communication that violates policies.
8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on HiJobber (text, graphics, logos, layouts, etc.) is the property of HiJobber or its licensors.

Users may not copy, modify, or distribute platform materials without permission.

User-submitted content (CVs, job posts, profiles) remains the property of the user but grants HiJobber a license to display it as part of the Service.
9. Data Usage & Privacy
Your use of HiJobber constitutes consent to our Privacy Policy, which explains:

Your rights over your information
HiJobber does not sell user data and only shares information when necessary for service delivery or legally required.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
HiJobber may suspend or terminate accounts that:

Engage in abusive or illegal activity

Misuse platform features or user data
Users may also delete their accounts at any time through account settings.

HiJobber does not guarantee:

Accuracy of job posts

Continuous platform uptime
Users interact with the platform at their own risk.
12. Changes to This Agreement
HiJobber may update this Agreement periodically.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
